HGTV Wanna be

So, instead of spending the last week before classes start relaxing I decided to redecorating the office and Zach's room. I thought you might enjoy some photos. On Friday we tore up the carpet in Zach's room and rearranged his furniture, moving the queen size bed up to the attic and the twin size bed in. We also moved one of the big bookcases into the attic. His room won't be done until next week sometime. He will paint this week sometime. His is painting two walls farmhouse red and 2 walls vanilla bean.

We have painted the two colors as well. Two walls are winter hedge, which is a muddy green color. Tomorrow I am going to attempt to do a faux linen finish on the green walls. The other two walls are home song, which is a creamy yellow. Here are some photos.

This is Zach's room in dissary as we were trying to empty it to tear out the carpet.

Zach got the party started by tearing out the carpet in the closet. It came up very easily.
