Spring cleaning

Well, we finally got around to a little spring cleaning this afternoon. I have wanted to clean out our closet for the last month, but with work and school that just hasn't happened. This afternoon we decided to go ahead and do it. I can't believe how many clothes I have! The closet is much cleaner and we packed up a few bags for the Good Will. It makes me feel a little better that the closet is clean. Our kitchen is still a mess and will be for the remainder of the summer, thanks to the leak. At least other areas of the house are taking shape. I think tomorrow I'll tackle the office. Here are some before and after photos. Paul was a HUGE help, there is no way I could have done this without him.

Here is the closet all clean and ready for summer. We packed up some of the winter stuff and moved it into the attic. We had 2 huge bags for the Good Will and we threw out 4 large trash bags of stuff that was stained/old. Wonder how long it will look this nice........
