Layla update

Well, we have been taking lots of photos while Layla is here and I finally downloaded some of them

Here is Layla eating cereal for breakfast. Evidently she is eating to slow for Kitty-Kitty. The cats will miss their morning milk fix!

Layla has had fun playing with the dogs. She was playing with Bear, who wanted to show her his brand new rawhide.

She really likes Jet-Li, here he is with a ribbon she tied on his neck. I don't think Zach was too happy to have a ribbon on his cat.

She and Zach cleaned corn one afternoon for dinner. I think Zach was making her a little  nervous with the knife.

They enjoy picking on each other.

Fr. Lavelle came over for dinner on Monday night so we did all of our baking on Sunday. Layla and Zach were helping to make a peach cobbler. I found the recipe in my Paula Dean cookbook and it was very tasty. They were very bad about the almond bundt cake, I had to keep yelling at them to stop eating the batter!

Layla was a huge help, she really said she enjoyed baking.

One night I had issues with the blender and a jar of pasta sauce....Needless to say I recently purchased a new blender!
