Time management
I am going crazy!!!! I like being a well organized person, but this semester for some reason I just can not get caught up.
The mid-winter conference is always at a bad time, the first week of the spring semester. Then with desiging the 4 new workshops and teaching as an adjunct I feel like I am only 1 step ahead of all my projects. I have even been working at home on the weekends to try and get stuff done!

As far as your time management...this is why you make the big bucks. This is why I never volunteer to do anything. I put in my 40 hours and get the heck out of there. If I have to take any work home then I've got the wrong job. But I understand your dilemma. You like your job and chosen career so you like to volunteer. More power to ya. Not me...40 hours...hand me my paycheck...and unless you have a 6-pack in your hand I don't want to see any co-workers anytime after 5pm and before 8am. (Hot co-eds excluded of course.)
